Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve system alerts during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM CT)
- Execute network security protocols and intrusion prevention measures
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise clients
- Document incident reports and maintain system documentation
- Collaborate with global teams during handover periods
- Perform scheduled maintenance and system updates
- Conduct proactive threat hunting and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure or cybersecurity roles
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Experience with AWS/Azure cloud environments
- Proficiency in SIEM platforms (Splunk/QRadar)
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/Linux systems
- Excellent written communication for incident reporting
- Valid US work authorization and home office setup
