Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues via remote access tools
- Document all cases in ITSM systems with detailed technical descriptions
- Collaborate with global IT teams during critical incident escalations
- Maintain security protocols for remote access and data handling
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and troubleshooting guides
- Monitor system health and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Previous night shift or 24/7 support experience preferred
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
