Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM PST)
- Monitor and respond to security incidents using SIEM platforms like Splunk or Sentinel
- Troubleshoot complex network issues via remote access tools (TeamViewer, Cisco AnyConnect)
- Document incident reports and maintain compliance with ISO 27001 standards
- Collaborate with global teams during critical system deployments and updates
- Conduct vulnerability assessments and patch management for cloud infrastructure
Qualifications
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience with night shift exposure
- CompTIA Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and Active Directory
