- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls during night shift (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Resolve technical issues and product inquiries for Fortune 500 clients
- Document interactions in CRM systems with 100% accuracy
- Maintain service level metrics (AHT, CSAT, FCR)
- Collaborate with global teams using virtual communication tools
- Participate in monthly training and quality reviews
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or call center experience
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and computer proficiency
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (weekends/holidays as needed)
