As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and build lasting client relationships. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Resolve complex technical issues and product inquiries for enterprise clients
- Document interactions and maintain accurate case records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate and resolve escalated customer concerns
- Meet and exceed performance metrics including CSAT and resolution times
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
- Monitor and report system issues affecting customer experience
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or technical support experience
- Proven ability to work independently in remote/virtual environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home workspace
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be based in Las Vegas metropolitan area
