Responsibilities
- Manage and nurture relationships with assigned enterprise clients during night shift hours
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell solutions
- Resolve complex technical issues and client inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Create and implement success plans to drive client adoption and retention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences
- Analyze client data to provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Document all client interactions and maintain detailed CRM records
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B customer success or account management experience
- Proven track record of meeting retention and growth targets
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience working remotely with strong time management abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce preferred) and analytics tools
- Ability to thrive in night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new platforms
