Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM MST)
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems while maintaining HIPAA/GDPR compliance
- Collaborate with global teams using Slack and virtual tools
- Meet/exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify process improvements for service efficiency
- Participate in quarterly training sessions on product updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; Associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service experience in night/rotational shifts
- Proficient in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk) and MS Office Suite
- Exceptional written/verbal communication with neutral accent
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
