- Provide 24/7 multilingual customer support via phone, chat, and email during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues for enterprise clients using diagnostic tools and remote assistance protocols

- Collaborate with global teams during handovers to ensure seamless customer experience

Kualifikasi
