Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional 24/7 customer support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues, billing inquiries, and service disruptions with speed and precision
- Document all interactions in CRM systems while maintaining 95% accuracy in case records
- Collaborate with global teams using ticketing systems to ensure seamless issue escalation
- Meet/exceed KPIs including CSAT scores, first-contact resolution rates, and average handle time
- Identify trends in customer feedback to contribute to service improvements
- Participate in ongoing training to master new products and support methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working night shifts with reliable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Proficient in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred)
