Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Resolve technical issues, process orders, and troubleshoot account problems using CRM systems
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolution outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and improve processes
- Meet/exceed performance metrics including CSAT, AHT, and resolution rates
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies through continuous training
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years customer service or technical support experience
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce/Zendesk preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts on weekends and holidays
