Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Resolve technical issues and provide product support for our SaaS platform
- Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate with day shift teams for seamless customer handoffs
- Meet or exceed quality and performance metrics (e.g., CSAT, resolution time)
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on products and processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service or technical support experience
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
