- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Resolve technical issues, product inquiries, and billing concerns with empathy and efficiency
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed and accurate case notes
- Collaborate with global support teams to escalate complex issues and maintain service consistency
- Continuously expand product knowledge through ongoing training modules

Qualifications
