Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical inquiries via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce CRM with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with global support teams using Slack and Microsoft Teams
- Proactively identify trends and escalate product improvement opportunities
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Complete quarterly training on new products and support protocols
- Monitor ticket queues during off-peak hours to maintain SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer support experience with remote work background
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong typing speed (50+ WPM) and multitasking abilities
- Available to work 10 PM - 6 AM CT Monday-Friday
- High-speed home internet (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- CCNA or CompTIA A+ certification preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
