Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours
- Troubleshoot complex software/hardware issues using remote diagnostic tools
- Maintain detailed case documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global support teams during handover periods
- Identify and escalate recurring technical issues to engineering teams
- Meet/exceed SLA targets for response and resolution times
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years customer support or technical troubleshooting experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop and diagnostic tools (e.g., TeamViewer, Splashtop)
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM PST)
- Associate degree in IT or related field preferred
