- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless issue escalation and resolution
- Meet or exceed KPIs for average response time and customer satisfaction scores
- Participate in monthly training sessions to enhance product knowledge and soft skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or technical support experience
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM CT)
