- Troubleshoot complex system issues using diagnostic tools and remote access protocols
- Document all interactions in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with Tier 2 engineers during escalations for advanced technical resolution
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for resolution time and customer satisfaction
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product updates and troubleshooting procedures
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings during shift handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical customer support experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools and diagnostic software
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot Windows/macOS, networking, and SaaS applications
- Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical thinking
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space free from distractions
- Availability to work 11 PM - 7 AM Central Time, including weekends
