Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email during overnight shifts
- Resolve hardware/software issues for enterprise clients using remote diagnostic tools
- Document cases accurately in CRM systems with detailed resolution notes
- Collaborate with global support teams during critical incident escalations
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Proactively identify trends and suggest process improvements
- Train on new technologies and product updates during shift transitions
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical support or customer service role
- Proven night shift experience with availability 11 PM - 7 AM EST
- Proficiency with remote desktop software (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong problem-solving skills with complex IT systems
- Excellent written/verbal communication abilities
- High-speed home internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- Quiet, dedicated home office space
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
