Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain enterprise-level IT infrastructure and network performance during US business hours.
- Proactively troubleshoot and resolve critical technical issues reported by US-based clients.
- Execute scheduled nightly backups, security patches, and system updates.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and technical procedures in our knowledge base.
- Communicate effectively with US teams via instant messaging and email to ensure seamless workflow.
- Conduct routine security audits to safeguard company data and client privacy.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineering teams when necessary.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, networking, or system administration.
- Demonstrated ability to work comfortably during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM PST).
- Strong command of the English language for clear, professional communication.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home workspace.
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure preferred).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid US work authorization (Remote role).
