Tanggung Jawab
- Resolve Level 2-3 technical support tickets via phone, chat, and remote access
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure during overnight hours
- Implement security patches and system updates during maintenance windows
- Document incident reports and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects
- Conduct system health checks and performance optimization
- Provide after-hours support for critical business applications
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of enterprise IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM EST, Monday-Friday
