Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support for enterprise systems via phone, chat, and remote access
- Troubleshoot complex network, hardware, and software issues during overnight shifts
- Monitor system health and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Document all incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with global IT teams on cross-functional projects
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Conduct system maintenance and updates during off-peak hours
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support/help desk with night shift experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ or equivalent certifications required
- Expertise in Windows/Linux systems, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and network protocols
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to resolve issues independently
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively across time zones
- High-speed internet access and dedicated workspace
- Must be available to work 11 PM - 7 AM CT
