Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve technical support tickets during overnight hours
- Provide real-time assistance to clients via chat, email, and phone
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to day teams
- Conduct system checks and maintenance tasks during off-peak hours
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain service SLAs
- Generate nightly performance reports for leadership review
- Participate in cross-functional training sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of remote or night shift experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Jira)
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Available to work Monday-Friday overnight shifts
