Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to clients during night shift hours via phone, chat, and email
- Monitor and troubleshoot IT systems, networks, and software platforms
- Document all interactions, resolutions, and system updates in CRM tools
- Collaborate with global teams to resolve escalated issues and maintain SLA compliance
- Conduct routine system diagnostics and preventative maintenance tasks
- Train and mentor new team members on processes and technologies
- Generate detailed performance reports for continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate/bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years of technical support or customer service experience
- Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows/Linux environments and cloud platforms
- Strong analytical skills with ability to diagnose complex technical issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (11 PM - 7 AM CST)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification a plus
- Must have dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet
