Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve critical system alerts during overnight hours
- Provide Tier 2 technical support via chat, phone, and remote access
- Document incident reports and contribute to knowledge base
- Collaborate with global teams during cross-shift handovers
- Perform proactive system maintenance and security checks
- Train on proprietary software using company-provided equipment
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical support or IT operations
- Proven night shift or graveyard shift experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/Linux environments
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed internet connection at home office
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
