Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product design processes from research to implementation
- Develop user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma
- Conduct user interviews and usability testing to validate design decisions
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect implementation
- Create and maintain design systems for scalable product consistency
- Analyze user behavior data to inform iterative design improvements
- Mentor junior designers and facilitate design critiques
Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience with B2B SaaS platforms
- Expertise in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design solutions
- Experience with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Miro, Jira)
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into elegant UX
- Experience working with agile development methodologies
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
