Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 remote technical support to enterprise clients across multiple time zones
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software issues via remote access tools
- Document all cases in CRM with detailed resolution protocols
- Collaborate with global engineering teams during critical incidents
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score through empathetic communication
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and escalate priority issues
- Train junior specialists during shift overlaps
Qualifications
- 3+ years in remote IT support or helpdesk environments
- Expertise in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and network diagnostics
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certifications or equivalent experience
- Proven ability to maintain composure during high-pressure situations
- Strong written communication skills for cross-team documentation
