Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate provided heavy machinery and support equipment to ensure continuous production flow.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of work areas and equipment to maintain a secure environment.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on support systems to prevent downtime.
- Document daily operations, equipment logs, and incident reports accurately.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure seamless workflow transitions and inventory management.
- Assist in loading and unloading materials using forklifts or pallet jacks as required.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies during night operations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a support or operations role within a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) consistently.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Forklift certification (Class A or B) is preferred but not mandatory.
