Responsibilities
- Monitor and inspect industrial equipment and machinery during the night shift to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on facility systems and support tools.
- Respond promptly to operational alerts and technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Document all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment status in the shift log.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and company regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and organization of materials for the day shift handover.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in accordance with OSHA standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in equipment maintenance, facility support, or a related industrial role is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently during night hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
