Responsibilities

- Monitor system health, diagnose infrastructure issues, and implement corrective actions
- Document incident reports, knowledge base updates, and performance metrics
- Collaborate with global teams during critical incident escalations
- Proactively identify system vulnerabilities and recommend improvements
- Maintain SLA compliance for overnight response times
- Train junior staff on support protocols and troubleshooting techniques
Qualifications
- 2+ years in technical support or IT operations role
- Proficiency with Windows/Linux systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) and monitoring tools
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
