Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support to enterprise clients via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Log and manage all support tickets in the CRM system with high accuracy.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to escalate and resolve critical incidents.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product suite to provide accurate technical guidance.
- Document solutions and troubleshooting procedures for future reference.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
