Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support for cloud infrastructure, SaaS applications, and network systems during night shift hours
- Monitor and respond to system alerts, troubleshoot outages, and implement solutions within SLA targets
- Document all support cases, resolutions, and system changes in ServiceNow with detailed technical accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering teams during critical incidents and major releases
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and runbooks to improve team efficiency
- Maintain security protocols for access controls and sensitive data handling
- Participate in cross-functional projects including system migrations and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CompTIA A+ or Network+ preferred (training provided)
- Basic understanding of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Strong analytical skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues logically
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for diverse client interactions
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions during night shift coverage
- Comfortable working in rotating shift schedules and on-call rotations
- Valid Colorado driver's license (for occasional on-site equipment handling)
