Responsibilities
- Monitor and resolve technical issues for clients across multiple time zones during night shifts
- Provide 24/7 support via phone, chat, and remote access for hardware/software problems
- Document incident reports, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Collaborate with daytime support teams to ensure seamless service continuity
- Perform system maintenance and updates during low-traffic hours
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers and management as needed
- Maintain accurate knowledge base articles for common night-shift challenges
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of technical support experience in IT operations
- Proven ability to work independently during overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows/macOS, networking, and cloud platforms
