Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain critical IT infrastructure during night shifts
- Provide immediate technical support for system outages and security incidents
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and preventive measures
- Collaborate with global teams during handover procedures
- Execute scheduled maintenance and system updates
- Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments
- Train junior staff on emergency response protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in IT support or operations role
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification required
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Available to work 11 PM - 7 AM, Monday-Friday
- Must pass background check and drug screening
