Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for end-users via phone, email, and chat.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document all technical interactions and solutions in the internal knowledge base.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineering or tier-2 teams promptly.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Identify recurring technical trends and suggest process improvements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in IT or Computer Science is a plus.
- Proven experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong working knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a patient, customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work night shift hours (e.g., 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to pass a background check.
