Responsibilities
- Provide 24/7 technical support via phone, chat, and email during night shift hours
- Resolve complex software/hardware issues for enterprise clients
- Document cases meticulously in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams to escalate critical issues
- Meet/exceed SLA targets and customer satisfaction metrics
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years in technical support or customer service
- Experience with remote work tools (VPN, Teams, Zendesk)
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows/macOS platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Self-motivated with proven time management skills
- Ability to work independently during night shifts (8 PM - 6 AM CST)
