Responsibilities
- Deliver 24/7 technical support and client assistance during overnight shifts
- Monitor and resolve system alerts, ensuring minimal downtime
- Document all interactions and resolutions in CRM systems
- Collaborate with global teams via virtual communication tools
- Proactively identify process improvements and suggest solutions
- Maintain strict confidentiality of client data and proprietary information
- Participate in monthly team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in remote customer service or technical support
