Responsibilities
- Audio Transcription: Listen to recorded audio files and convert them into accurate, verbatim text documents in a timely manner.
- Quality Assurance: Proofread and edit transcripts to ensure they are free of errors, grammatically correct, and adhere to our specific style guides.
- Format Compliance: Adhere to strict formatting requirements, including timestamps and speaker identification.
- Deadline Management: Prioritize tasks and consistently meet daily and weekly production targets.
- File Management: Organize and submit completed transcripts securely through our online portal.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Typing Speed: Must possess a typing speed of at least 45-50 WPM.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
- Equipment: Access to a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet workspace.
