- Review data for discrepancies and correct errors or inconsistencies as needed.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Perform routine data cleansing and validation tasks to ensure high data quality standards.
- Assist with generating reports and summaries of entered data for management review.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and weekly data entry targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Reliable internet connection and computer hardware (required for remote/hybrid flexibility).
