What You'll Do
As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining our company's information systems. Your role is crucial in ensuring data integrity and supporting our operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and update data into various databases and software systems.
- Review and proofread data for errors, ensuring high-quality output before submission.
- Organize and file physical and digital documents to maintain an efficient filing system.
- Assist in the transcription of handwritten notes and digital audio into text formats.
- Perform regular audits of data entry logs to identify discrepancies and rectify them.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline data collection processes.
- Respond to data-related inquiries from internal stakeholders promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Must have a stable internet connection if working remotely.
