Responsibilities
- Enter and update customer and account information into our digital database systems with a high degree of accuracy.
- Verify and reconcile data to ensure consistency and correctness across all platforms.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for efficient document retrieval.
- Assist in the generation of weekly and monthly data reports for management review.
- Review incoming documents for completeness and accuracy before processing them.
- Communicate effectively with team members regarding any data discrepancies or missing information.
- Ensure strict confidentiality of all sensitive company and client data.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; additional certification in data management is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support (1-2 years preferred).
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
