Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone and remote access.
- Perform regular system maintenance, updates, and security patching to ensure optimal performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot connectivity issues, printer malfunctions, and operating system errors.
- Document all technical issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities in the IT service desk system.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations, peripherals, and software applications.
- Collaborate with the senior IT team to implement new technology solutions and improve service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 suite.
- Familiarity with networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPNs.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
