Responsibilities
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently with a focus on empathy and patience.
- CRM Maintenance: Accurately document all customer interactions, feedback, and account status within our customer relationship management system.
- Training & Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, providing clear instructions and guidance.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and suggest improvements to internal teams.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or technical support is highly desirable.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Work Environment: Must have a dedicated workspace and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
