- Document all interactions in Salesforce and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product improvements
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with assigned client portfolio
- Monitor customer health metrics to prevent churn
Qualifications
- 2+ years customer success or support experience
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
