Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (degree preferred)
- 1+ years customer service experience
- Proficient with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Strong typing skills (40+ WPM) and technical aptitude
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Quiet home office with reliable internet
- Available 3-5 days/week including weekend flexibility
- Ohio residency required for tax purposes
