- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers based on their needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must reside in Pennsylvania and have a reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus but not required.
