- Verify and correct errors in existing data entries to ensure high-quality records.
- Organize and digitize physical documents, maintaining a clean and efficient filing system.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company data at all times.
- Perform regular quality checks to ensure 100% data accuracy and integrity.
- Assist in the reconciliation of data discrepancies between different software platforms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in data entry or administrative support preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 45 WPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
- Must possess a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
