Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently input customer information, billing details, and order data into our CRM and database systems.
- Review and verify data for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve data discrepancies or errors in a timely manner.
- Perform routine data maintenance tasks to ensure database integrity and security.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding project deadlines and data queries.
- Participate in virtual training sessions to stay updated on new software and procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven typing speed of 40+ WPM with high accuracy (90%+).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work a consistent part-time schedule.
