Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain digital records and databases with a focus on error reduction.
- Transcribe information from physical documents to digital formats (PDF, Word) with high precision.
- Perform regular quality assurance checks and reconcile data discrepancies.
- Update and organize existing files and spreadsheets using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding data updates and potential issues.
- Adhere to strict confidentiality policies and data security protocols.
- Meet daily and weekly productivity targets within the part-time framework.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or general administrative support roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM required).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote setting.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office space.
