Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical troubleshooting and support via chat, email, and phone for enterprise-level clients.
- Manage and resolve incoming technical support tickets within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user feedback in our internal knowledge base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify recurring issues and improve remote workflow processes.
- Conduct remote software installations, updates, and configuration setups.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction in every interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Proven experience working effectively in a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex technical issues quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
