Responsibilities
- Develop and execute multi-platform social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
- Create engaging content calendars featuring original graphics, videos, and written copy
- Analyze performance metrics using native analytics and third-party tools to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages within 24 hours
- Collaborate with design team to ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients
Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven social media management experience with portfolio of successful campaigns
- Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing software)
- Advanced knowledge of social media analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, Sprout Social)
- Strong written communication skills with ability to adapt brand voice for different platforms
- Experience managing paid social advertising campaigns with $5k+ monthly budgets
- Familiarity with Fresno's local business landscape preferred
- Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant certification (e.g., Hootsuite, Meta Blueprint) a plus
