Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop, curate, and publish high-quality, engaging content (text, image, and video) for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Community Management: Actively monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, and foster a positive community atmosphere.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, follower growth, and conversion rates using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
- SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve organic reach and ensure all content is optimized for search engines.
- Campaign Management: Assist in the planning and execution of social media ad campaigns to support marketing goals and lead generation.
- Trend Research: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates to keep our strategy fresh and competitive.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Tools: Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Writing Skills: Exceptional copywriting skills with a strong command of grammar, tone, and style across different platforms.
- Analytics: Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content strategies.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on audience engagement.
- Availability: Must be available to work a flexible part-time schedule, including some evenings or weekends as needed.
